Is noise an issue?
Sleeping in vehicles?
Sleeping in moving vehicles?
Is light or lack thereof a problem?
Do you like your pillows fluffed up a certain way?
I for one prefer darkness and silence and whilst I can sleep pretty much anywhere (I shudder as aI recall my student days) I find it impossible to sleep on planes.
I'm off to bed. I hope you all sleep well!
I have a new bed. It is awesome. If I had a camera I would be putting a picture up. Its a delicious queen size comfort machine that after naps my back is feeling better than normal, and I am also feeling rested.

insufferable ekka woes. travelling to and from work on already packed trains i want to hear nothing of people complaining about not getting a seat or how congested things are. they don't have to do it every day. I wouldn't mind if they drove because then its everyone elses problem, and their resources.
On a lighter note work is going well. Training is tiring but at least a little entertaining. We have to do these scattergories type games where someone names a topic and everyone says something related to that topic or is out. I cant believe that it took them thirty seconds to come up with shakespeare when I started the topic dead authors...I started listing them off for them; Kant, Dickens, Burroughs, Huxley. I mean seriously!
The next one someone did was cigarette brands and everyone managed to keep that going for a good 5 minutes just listing them all, kind of sad I think.
So public transport wont be too much of a problem soon, now for the good news. I am moving to highgate hill near south brisbane train station next sat. Then I will only be a 5 minute train ride from work and I can walk into the city when the fancy takes me to do some retail therapy, and I wont have to schlep to and from Brighton every day.
And speaking of retail therapy I picked up two wonderful new additions to my ever expanding library today. Will Eisner's "Comic's and Sequential Art" and "Graphic Storytelling and Visual Narrative" I started GSVE on the train home and it's briliant. It will probably give me some motivation to start seriously writing again, something I have not done in awhile.
I'm going to bed to do this all over again tomorrow, at least I can keep myself occupied with reading awesome literature and hopefully produce some of my own.
